1. Shipping Details:
- All orders on our website qualify for free worldwide shipping.
- Please note that deliveries to Brazil and India are currently unavailable due to shipping restrictions in these countries.
- Our products are packaged in rectangular boxes, securely wrapped with foam padding to ensure safe transit and preserve product integrity.
- Shipments are sent through DHL or FedEx, chosen at random.

2. Custom Orders:
- Customized products, once sold, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please refer to the product descriptions for details.

3. Return Policy for Standard Products:
- For regularly stocked items with fixed colors and curvature, returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is disliked upon receipt.
- However, requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 3 days of the logistics confirmation of delivery.
- Please note, items that have been used, altered, or damaged post-receipt, such as hair treatments affecting the original curvature or installations, cannot be returned or exchanged.
